Inbound Marketing Manager 

Reports To: VP of Sales and Marketing/CEO

Position Summary: The Inbound Marketing Manager of Community Systems will act as both the company’s inbound marketing manager and also content marketer working with the sales team to generate subscribers and marketing qualified leads. This position is also responsible for writing and executing quarterly marketing plans, new product launches, branding and messaging initiatives, lead generation, and customer communications.

  • Inbound Marketing Manager
    • Advance subscribers, leads, and customers to become Marketing Qualified Leads
    • Smart and static list management
    • Write quarterly marketing plans
    • Brand and messaging strategy
    • Manage website and digital marketing partner
    • Write proposals, working with sales team
  • Content Writer
    • Social publishing to convert digital interactions into subscribers
    • Email marketing writing, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs
    • Local InSite marketing
    • Collateral and website updates
    • Digital EDU marketing
    • Updating company website for staffing purposes

Key Metrics:
  • Number of Marketing Qualified Leads created each week
  • Email conversions, website visits, form fill-outs, social interactions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, and/or business
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and email marketing tools (HubSpot is preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools preferably HubSpot
  • 2-4 years working directly with leadership team members and decision makers

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified in HubSpot and HubSpot’s Inbound methodology
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience updating websites and blogs
  • Knowledge of technology industry
